Automatic Retractable Injection Devices

How the Technology Works:

When an injection is required, the user removes the cap which exposes the actuation button. The opposite end of the device is placed against the injection site. The user simply pushes the button (the design includes a simple safety feature to prevent inadvertent firing) which triggers the automatic function: A hypodermic needle instantly and extends into the injection site to a pre-determined and exact penetration depth. Next, the full dose of medicine is automatically injected. Immediately afterwards, the hypodermic needle automatically retracts into the housing, thus rendering the device safe for disposal.
